drilling rig is mainly used for geological general investigation and exploration,road and tall buliding foundation exploration,kinds of hole in concrete structure,river levees,subgrade grouting hole,drilling and driect grouting,civil wellsand earth temperature central air-conditioner,etc.
a. XY-3 drilling rig adopts CG140 model auto transmission, has 10 rotation speeds and reasonable speed range, with eight forward rotation gears and two reverse rotation gears, high speed, strong stroke and wide scope of application.
b. Large engine power and two reverse rotation gears, can easily solve the drilling work accident.
c. The operation handles are fixed together in reasonable layout to make it more convenient for workers to operate the machine.
d. Equipped with normally closed hydraulic chuck, operation is flexible and reliable
e. Spindle and hoist can be operated separately.
f. Spindle has big inner diameter, able to use big hexagonal drilling rod.
Features:
1. With hydraulic feeding device, elevated drilling efficiency, reduced labor strength.
2. The rig is equipped with an upper spherical jaw holding mechanism and hexagonal drive drilling rod which can be replaced without shutdown, high efficiency, safe and reliable.
3. A hole bottom pressure gauge is mounted indicating the pressure in order to control the status inside the hole.
4. Compact structure, small volume, lightweight, high detachability, easy transportation and suitable for the operations in plains or mountain areas.
