Steam heat shrink tunnel
WT-1800 steam heating shrink tunnel can be suitable for different and irregular bottle types, eg. Round, square and flat bottles.
Seamless pipes are used, and the distribution of low-pressure steam drums and steam nozzles are separated to make the tunnel unimpeded.
The steam nozzle is divided into three adjustable sections; the height, position and steam volume of each section can be adjusted separately; this ensures a perfect shrinking effect.
The whole machine is made of stainless steel, heat preservation, which not only saves energy, but also complies with international safety standards.
Stainless steel defrost pan to collect condensed water. The whole machine adopts waterproof design, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.

Steam Generator
The water is fed into the series of wholly automatic electrical heating generator by high pressure potential vortex pump made of copper with short water-supply time and durable service.
A floating ball for liquid level is fixed in the water tank to automatically control the water inlet.
Working system is all automatically controlled.After connecting the water supply and power supple for 5 minutes or so,it can output the steam continuously with high working efficiency.
