The machine is integrated by disinfection washing, automatic barreling, filling, cap-hanging, capping machine. Filling machine adopts PLC control, precise positioning automatically, complete set of equipment made of high strength stainless steel materials, stainless steel, precision arc welding, variations small, beautiful welding lines; Transmission parts are stainless steel structure to ensure the normal operation of the machine in a variety of environments; non-metallic parts are made of PP plastic and other non-toxic and high wear-resistant materials carefully processed; drive motor, booster are domestic export series stainless steel products, electrical components adopt imported or domestic brand-name series of hardcover series to make it more stable and reliable. The equipment consists of washing, filling, capping, which is suitable for 3-5 gallon barreled pure water filling. Inside washing using four independent control of a single row of high pressure jet wash, rinse for up to 20 seconds. The whole washing, filling and capping process using PLC programmable automatic computer control system, and this equipment has a catenation, signal, self-test and other safety devices.
