This filling machine integrates disinfection and flushing in the barrel, automatic barrel unloading, filling machine, cap sorting, hanging cap, and capping. The filling machine is controlled by PLC, and the precise positioning is completed automatically. The whole set of equipment is made of high-strength stainless steel material, stainless steel plate, precision argon arc welding, small deformation, beautiful welding pattern; the transmission part is made of stainless steel, which ensures the normal operation of the mechanism in various environments Non-metal parts are carefully processed with non-toxic and high wear-resistant materials such as PP plastics; the transmission motor and booster pump are made of domestic export-type stainless steel products, and the electrical components are hardcovered with imported series or domestic famous brand series, which makes the performance more efficient. Stable and reliable. This equipment is composed of washing, filling and capping integrated host, which is suitable for the filling production of 3-5 gallon pure water in barrels. The internal flushing adopts 3 independently controlled single-row high-pressure internal spraying, and the maximum flushing time is 30 seconds. The whole process of flushing, filling and capping adopts PLC programmable automatic computer control system. This equipment has safety devices such as interlocking, signal and self-testing.
