FT-301
Environmentally Friendly Rubber Filler
Vulcanizing enhancer FT301 is a kind of high efficiency vulcanizing active agent for rubber which is invented by using rich agalmatolite resources. It has passed through the systematic testing and identification test of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Beijing Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute for many times. After many years of use, it shows that the product can equivalent replace zinc oxide 1/3~1/2 in natural rubber, synthetic rubber and rubber system. It can completely achieve or exceed the activation effect of zinc oxide.
With high quality and lower price, FT-301 can improve the quality of tires and other rubber products, reduce the content of heavy metals, and it can reduce the cost, improve economic benefits.
FT301 is composed of active agent, reinforcing agent, dispersing agent, wetting agent and other substances. By special processed surface treatment, it’s excellent in dispersing, it also can promote zinc oxide and other components to disperse rapid and effective, which played an effective activation of the whole vulcanization system. The performance of vulcanization degree is excellent and safe.

Application
FT301 can equal replace zinc oxide (including general zinc oxide, nano zinc oxide and active zinc oxide) 1/2 in natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and rubber, latex , for the production of a variety of rubber shoes and other rubber products, it can bring good comprehensive performance and economy.
