There are six parts:
1. Anoxic tank:
the anoxic tank is set up for denitrification treatment, and the YDT type three-dimensional elastic filler is installed in the tank as the carrier of denitrifying bacteria. The effect of nitrifying ammonia and acidic oxygen in the denitrifying bacteria is It is reduced to nitrogen to achieve the purpose of denitrification. The effective residence time of the anoxic tank is 2.5~3.5h, and the dissolved oxygen is controlled at ≤0, 5mg/L.
2. Contact oxidation tank:
Sewage flows to the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three levels with a residence time of 8h. (The contact oxidation time of enhanced equipment can reach 8-12h). The filler is a novel elastic filler, which is easy to condense. No clogging, the gas-water ratio of the contact oxidation tank is about 15:1.
3. Sedimentation tank:
The biochemical sewage flows to the secondary sedimentation tank. The secondary sedimentation tank is vertical flow sedimentation with a surface load of <1.0m3/m2. h, and the sludge is lifted to the sludge tank.
4. Disinfection tank and disinfection device:
The disinfection tank is not less than 30 minutes according to the standard: "TJ14-74" standard. If it is hospital sewage, the disinfection tank can increase the residence time to 1~1.5h.
The disinfection treatment can use the fully automatic chlorine dioxide generator developed and produced by our company. The equipment can continuously change the dosage according to the size of the water output, to achieve the purpose of adding more water and more medicine, and the purpose of adding less water and less medicine. Other disinfection devices are needed. Can be formulated separately.

Application
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new and efficient wastewater treatment technology which combines membrane separation and biological treatment. The denitrification mechanism of industrial nitrogenous wastewater includes two basic processes: nitrification and denitrification. Nitrification refers to the process of converting ammonia nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen, which is mainly completed by two types of aerobic autotrophic bacteria, nitrifying bacteria and nitrifying bacteria.
MBR membrane technology first by activated sludge removal of biodegradable organic pollutants in water, and then USES the membrane component force intercept the activated sludge bioreactor and the vast majority of suspended solids, implementation after purification of water and activated sludge solid-liquid separation, thus strengthened the biochemical reaction, improve the effect of the sewage treatment and water quality.
The MBR process has a significant effect on COD treatment in the wastewater of nitrogen fertilizer industry, and its biochemical strain regimen and acclimation stage is short, showing a stable effect from the third day. In stable treatment stage and normal operation stage, the COD removal rate can maintain high, and the removal rate is more than 90%. The average COD for export should be controlled below 30mg/L.
