Equipment introduction

Ceramic membrane is a porous asymmetric membrane prepared by special process of alumina, titanium oxide, cobalt oxide and other materials. Ceramic membrane filtration is a "cross-flow filtration" form of fluid separation process: driven by pressure, the raw material liquid flows in the membrane tube, small molecular substances through the membrane, and the concentrated liquid containing large molecular components is trapped by the membrane, so that the fluid can achieve the purpose of separation, concentration and purification.

The filtration accuracy of ceramic membrane covers microfiltration and ultrafiltration, and the filtration aperture of microfiltration membrane ranges from 0.05um to 1.4um, and the filtration accuracy of ultrafiltration membrane can range from 10KD-50KDa. Membrane with different pore sizes can be selected according to the viscosity of the material and the content of suspended matter to achieve the purpose of clarification and separation.
