Wastewater treatment equipment Description

 

MBR sewage treatment equipment adopts Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology, which is a new equipment that combines biological treatment technology with membrane separation technology. It replaces the traditional secondary sedimentation tank in the process and can efficiently perform solid-liquid separation to obtain stable reclaimed water for direct use. It can also maintain a high concentration of microbial biomass in the biological tank, with minimal residual sludge in the process, effectively removing ammonia nitrogen. The suspended solids and turbidity in the effluent are close to zero, and bacteria and viruses in the effluent are greatly removed, resulting in low energy consumption and small footprint.

 

Working Principle

 

Firstly, biodegradable organic pollutants in water are removed through activated sludge, and then a membrane is used to separate the purified water and activated sludge for solid-liquid separation.

 

Hollow fiber membrane filaments are tubular in shape, with micropores on the tube walls that can trap activated sludge and the vast majority of suspended solids, resulting in clear and transparent effluent. In order to enable the membrane to operate continuously and stably for a long time, a certain amount of aeration should be carried out below the membrane. This not only meets the biological oxygen demand, but also keeps the membrane filaments shaking, preventing activated sludge from adhering to the surface of the membrane and causing pollution.

Application
 

Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new and efficient wastewater treatment technology which combines membrane separation and biological treatment. The denitrification mechanism of industrial nitrogenous wastewater includes two basic processes: nitrification and denitrification. Nitrification refers to the process of converting ammonia nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen, which is mainly completed by two types of aerobic autotrophic bacteria, nitrifying bacteria and nitrifying bacteria.

 

MBR membrane technology first by activated sludge removal of biodegradable organic pollutants in water, and then USES the membrane component force intercept the activated sludge bioreactor and the vast majority of suspended solids, implementation after purification of water and activated sludge solid-liquid separation, thus strengthened the biochemical reaction, improve the effect of the sewage treatment and water quality.

 

The MBR process has a significant effect on COD treatment in the wastewater of nitrogen fertilizer industry, and its biochemical strain regimen and acclimation stage is short, showing a stable effect from the third day. In stable treatment stage and normal operation stage, the COD removal rate can maintain high, and the removal rate is more than 90%.
