Application Methods:
| 1 | Have and test effluent PH, and adjust to 8-10, will let Dicyandiamide Formaldehyde Resin works well. |
| 2 | Make a solution of Dicyandiamide Formaldehyde Resin, mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use. |
| 3 | Make solution of polyaluminium chloride(PAC), with 2-5% Al2O3 |
| 4 | Have a solution of Polyacrylamide (Polyelectrolyte), 0.1%. |
| 5 | Have effluent and adjust pH value to 8-10. |
| 6 | Dose PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
| 7 | Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
| 8 | Dose 1-2ppm polyelectrolyte, mix slowly to have big floc, settling |
| 9 | Check color for treated effluent, and calculate the dosage. |

| 1 | Test and adjust the pH of the effluent to 7-9 | |
| 2 | First, we apply the PAC (contact time 3-5 min with the wastewater), after then Color Removal Chemical (contact time 5-10 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide. | |
| 3 | It will give too much economy if we'll adjust the pH 7-9, otherwise, the consumption of color removal chemical will be ~20% higher. | |
