Usage Instructions
BLU IJJ can be added in two ways:
During sterilization – Mixed with base materials before fermentation.
During fermentation – Supplemented as needed.
�� Recommended dosage:0.3-0.5‰ of the total liquid volume, which effectively controls foam throughout the entire fermentation process.
