MBR process principle:

MBR is a new type of high-efficiency sewage treatment process that combines high-efficiency membrane separation technology with traditional activated sludge method. The unique MBR flat sheet membrane module is placed in the aeration tank, through aerobic aeration and The biologically treated water is filtered by the pump through the filter membrane and then pumped out. The membrane separation equipment is used to intercept the activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank, eliminating the secondary settling tank and greatly increasing the concentration of activated sludge. MBR is the use of membrane modules for solid-liquid separation. It can control the sludge retention time (SRT) and hydraulic retention time (HRT) separately, so as to achieve good treatment for the continuous degradation and reaction of the difficult-to-degrade substances in the reactor. effect. The MBR process system combines the respective advantages of biological treatment engineering and membrane separation engineering. The most important component in the MBR process is the membrane module, which is a basic unit assembled through different forms, which is equivalent to the secondary sedimentation tank in the traditional biological treatment system. The membrane module has a higher filtration accuracy and the separation area of ​​the membrane module. Generally 0.01μm~0.1μm, instead of the secondary sedimentation tank, when the sewage is biodegraded by the membrane module, the mixed liquid in the bioreactor is affected by the pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane. The macromolecular solute will be retained by the biofilm, completing the separation of the macromolecular solute from the treated effluent.
