Introduction

Process standard

Influent water source: ground water, well water. Effluent water quality: domestic water, no color, peculiar smell, meeting domestic water standards. System configuration: well water self-priming pump, aeration device, sedimentation tank, raw water booster pump, iron and manganese removal device, activated carbon filter, water purification tank. System water production rate: 95%.

Process flow

Aeration device The well water is pressurized by the self-priming pump and then enters the aeration device. (It mainly acts as a buffer to allow sufficient time for the water to settle) The clear water after precipitation is pressurized by the booster pump and then enters the iron and manganese removal system, which mainly removes the sediment, rust, manganese, bloodworms, algae, For some metal substances, various suspended solids and other solid substances, the normal operating conditions of the system are as follows: the operating pressure is 0.3Mpa, and the average filtration speed is 15m/hr.

1. When the iron concentration in the local sewage is 5~10mg/l, the manganese concentration is 1~2mg/l, or the groundwater contains only iron but no manganese, and the iron concentration is about 10mg/l, it can be used Aeration-single-stage filtration for removing iron and manganese.
