Good Silencing Function
Fixed cone valves have a fixed cone. The design of fixed cone valves conforms to the characteristics of hydrodynamics. Fixed cones are supported by blades. Because of the guidance of cones, when water is discharged, the water will diffuse at a wide conical angle and decompose into a thin spray. At this time, the water will be atomized by large area friction with air, resulting in excellent energy dissipation effect. Fixed conical valves with diversion covers are installed. Water is ejected and collided with each other through various jet holes. The impact of water columns on each other will make the velocity and energy basically disappear, greatly reducing the impact of discharge water on downstream pipelines, rivers or buildings.
Good Anti-cavitation Function
In the valves, if the flow state were changed, the flow would produce cavitation and flashing phenomenon, and form tiny high pressure steam bubbles. If the bubbles adhere to the inner wall of the valves or the inner wall of outlet pipe were broken down, they would produce extremely high instantaneous impact energy, which has a strong destructive effect on the valve and pipeline. This is commonly known as cavitation phenomenon. In the valve body, when water flows pass between the cone and sleeve brake, the water flows fast, the pressure is low, the water will form high-pressure steam bubbles. The velocity of water flow with steam bubbles decrease sharply in front of the guide hood, the pressure rises, and the bubbles burst. Because the guide hood adopts advanced hydraulic design sharp, there will always be a flow back to the guide hood and valve body, which will form a circular return flow, prevent the trend of steam bubbles attaching to the wall, make the steam bubbles break in the annular flow, and protect the valve from cavitation damage.
