1. Spool to spin 90 degree to complete the valve opening and closing. Integrated ductile iron increases the strength of the plug and makes sure that the installation position correction accuracy. When the valve is opened, the plug is rotated to the side of the body cavity, avoiding the channel in the direction of flow of the fluid, which may prevent further use of plug fluid on the impact and destruction, prolong life. 2. Fluid flow in from the round port area and pass thru the rectangular path. From round to rectangular, the flow will flush the seat surface and clean up the dirt so to prevent the accumulation of the dirt. When valve closing, the dirt could be pushed off. And rubber seat will surround the seat surface so to assure 100% seal.
3. Full port design, no port shrinking, low head loss.
4. Full top opening bonnet, if the valve end of its life; simply replace the valve cover to complete the dismantling of the valve update.
5. Long life, maintenance-free. Sealing surface with 95% nickel or SS304 stainless steel welding process, the valve seat and valve connected as a whole, can effectively prevent the tap rubber sealing surface corrosion or rust destroy media. Projection of the sealing surface to ensure that the rubber plug and only a nickel or stainless steel contacts, can greatly improve the life of rubber encapsulated. Rubber encapsulated spool, does not rust. Gravel pad protection by reducing the contact with the fluid in the debris to increase the service life of packing and sleeve jacket.
