Product Application:

Product structure and features:
1. Valve stiffness: spherical valve spool for the eccentric crank overall structure. Valves can adapt to high velocity and greater than the flow conditions. Running a small opening and high pressure conditions, the valve no vibration, no noise.
2. The valve port for manifold design, flow resistance is smaller than butterfly valve.
3. Valve to achieve a reliable seal. Eccentric structure, that is installed between the center and the center of rotation of the spool valve has a eccentricity ,when the valve is fully closed, if we shut down at a slight angle, the valve seat and valve sealing surface will produce interference between the spherical core, which will have a great pressing force between the two surfaces to form higher than the pressure seal, reliable seal. The eccentric amount value of the valve is carried out rigorous theoretical calculations( hydraulics calculation, eccentric shaft bending stiffness, torsional stiffness calculation, ball cap and seat deformation calculation) to meet the two-way valve seal requirements.
4. The sealing surface wear is small. When the valve is fully open, the valve seal face “hidden” in the valve body from direct flushing fluid. 6. The valve composed by valve body, valve cover, valve seat, eccentric crankshaft and seal assembly parts, parts quantity is less, structure is compact. The appearances such as the length of the valve structure, installation height size is smaller than gate valve, globe valve, etc.
