Working Principle

The Ucloud ® high-pressure water misting systems(UY-CG-A)use the plunger pump to operate the water pressure between 800 and 900 psi (pounds per square inch). Then the pressured water goes though the specially designed nozzles to create the fine mist fog. The systems will work very effectively in both low and high levels of humidity. Even when the humidity exceeds 90%, the effects of the system will be felt with the rapid drop in temperature and make you feel cool and more comfortable. High Pressure Systems create the most BTU's, because the systems produce smaller mist and creating more cooling evaporation.

As the micron water droplets flash evaporate they pick up heat from the air, which significantly drops the temperature between 25 and 35 degrees Fahrenheit, without making you wet.

Main Features

1. Fine and even fog:The high pressure misting nozzles can create 5billion droplets with the average particle size between 5 to 20 microns. With optimal humidification and cooling effect.　　

2. Cost Saving: To atomize 1kg of water need only 4W power. 1% of the power for the traditional electric style humidifier and 10% of power for the air-water mode of humidifier.

3. Steady Status:High-pressure water misting system, the host body part with imported industrial piston pump, can be 24 hours continuous operation. No power vulnerable parts for the nozzle and water mist dispenser. Can be used in high dust environments and will not be easily damaged.

4. Safety: Automatic pressure-relief function can release the high pressure in the pipes when the system stop working to avoid the water dripping problem. Automatic water and power shortage alarm system to avoid the high pressure water pump getting damaged.
