The laser welding machine performs deposition, hole sealing, filling and other repair functions for the wear, scratches, pinholes, cracks, defect deformation, hardness reduction, sand holes and other defects of molds and metal workpieces. After the repair, the substrate will not be deformed, annealed, undercut or residual stress, and its metal structure will not be changed. The repair accuracy is high, and the coating thickness is from a few microns to a few millimeters, and only needs to be polished.
The laser welding machine is capable of performing deposition, hole sealing, filling and other repair functions for molds and metal workpieces that have been affected by wear, scratches, pinholes, cracks, defect deformation, hardness reduction or sand holes. After the repair process has been completed using this machine, the substrate will not undergo any deformations or annealing processes nor will it be subjected to undercutting or residual stress; furthermore its metal structure will remain unchanged. This method offers high accuracy in terms of repairs and can produce coatings with thicknesses ranging from a few microns to several millimeters without requiring additional polishing.
