Polydadmac Coagulant Destabilizing and Coagulating Suspended Solids and Negatively Charged Substances in Wastewater

 

PolyDADMAC, a quaternary ammonium polymer, is highly soluble in water and contains active cationic and adsorbent functional groups. These properties allow it to neutralize negative charges and promote the flocculation of suspended solids and soluble organics in wastewater, which leads to enhanced decolorization, algae removal, and overall organic matter elimination.

 


It is an effective flocculating agent, decolorizing agent, and dewatering agent for water treatment, including drinking, raw, and wastewater. Additionally, it serves as a fungicide in textile printing and dyeing, a softening agent, antistatic agent, conditioner, and color-fixing agent. It is also utilized as a surfactant in the chemical industry.

 


 

It can be added continuously and evenly to the wastewater treatment system after dilution in any proportion, or simply diluted 5-20 times, stirred, and settled before being added directly to the wastewater.

 

The amount to be used depends on the turbidity and concentration of the water and sewage, with the best dosage established through small-scale tests.

 

To achieve effective treatment, the dosing points and stirring speed should be carefully selected to ensure even distribution while protecting the flocs from crushing.

 


Packaging Details:The product is packed 200kg net in plastic drum or 1000kg net in IBC.

Delivery Detail:Around 15 days after receiving the 30% deposit

Shelf life: 24 months

 


The product may cause irritation to the eyes and skin. It is recommended to wear rubber gloves, goggles, and protective clothing when handling it. Spilled polymer can create slippery surfaces and should be immediately rinsed away with water.
