Product Overview:
The split casing pump is suitable for various water distribution pipe networks. It can operate reliably, transmit large flow media with high energy efficiency, provide reliable water supply throughout the year with low operating costs. It features easy maintenance, high efficiency, low wear, and energy conservation, enabling constant water supply. It can also provide certified drinking water specifications, with a standard flow rate of up to 4500m³/h.

Structure and Application Range
Structure: It has an axially split pump casing, mounted on a chassis. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or packing seal, and it has a welded steel frame with single - stage specifications. It can be provided in various configurations (complete machine, without motor, or only pump hydraulic device), equipped with 2 - pole, 4 - pole, and 6 - pole motors (IE3 standard, up to 1000kW, IE4 available upon request).
Application Range: Used for raw water extraction, pressure boosting, and water transmission in power plants, waterworks, and municipal drinking water supply networks; industrial water and cooling water supply in power plants and industrial equipment; commercial agricultural irrigation; pumping heating water (in accordance with VDI 2035 in Germany) and water - glycol mixtures.
Model Code Example: For example, Atmos TERA - SCH 250/360 - 75/4 - L1, where "Atmos" represents the product series, "TERA" is the series name, "SCH" indicates the horizontal split casing pump, "250" is the DN of the pressure flange, "360" is the nominal diameter of the impeller, "75" is the rated power P2 of the motor, "4" is the number of poles, and "L1" is the model code (representing the bronze impeller).
