Product Description:
Water-cooled scroll chiller is a common refrigeration equipment, mainly used in air conditioning, refrigeration, cooling and other applications in industrial and commercial fields. Its working principle is to realize the cooling effect by compressing the refrigerant.

Heat exchange cycle: The high temperature and high pressure gas is cooled by water circulation in the heat exchanger. In this way, the refrigerant gas becomes a high-temperature and low-pressure gas.
Expansion cycle: The high-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas enters the evaporator through the expansion valve, thereby forming a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas. In the evaporator, the refrigerant gas absorbs heat from the air, thereby cooling the air.
Cooling cycle: After cooling in the evaporator, the refrigerant gas is drawn again into the compressor, thus starting a new refrigeration cycle.
Water circulation: The water circulation in the water-cooled open chiller is realized through the cooling tower and the cooling water pipeline. The refrigerant gas exchanges heat with the cooling water in the heat exchanger, transfers the heat to the cooling water, and raises the temperature of the cooling water. The cooling water passes through the spray system of the cooling tower to form water mist, which dissipates heat into the air. After the cooling water passes through the cooling tower, it is circulated to the heat exchanger again through the water pump to form a water cycle.

What causes the water pump of the chiller to reverse, and how to deal with it?
Chiller water pump reversal is usually caused by the following reasons:
