Product Description:

A small air-cooled chiller is a piece of equipment used for refrigeration, usually in small to medium sized commercial or industrial applications. It uses a fan to blow ambient air across the cooler, which removes heat from the chiller and allows the coolant to circulate, reducing the temperature.

Small air-cooled chillers typically include a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The compressor compresses the refrigerant into a high-pressure gas, which is then sent to the condenser, where a fan blows the surrounding air through it, thereby removing the heat. Working Principle:

The working principle of the small air-cooled chiller is similar to that of a general refrigeration cycle system, and its main components include a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator.

1.Compressor: The compressor is the core component of the chiller, and its function is to compress the refrigerant into a high-pressure gas. High-pressure gas generates heat during compression, which needs to be discharged through the condenser.

3.Expansion Valve: An expansion valve is a small throttling device that controls the flow of refrigerant. When the refrigerant passes through the expansion valve, the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant will decrease due to the shrinkage of the valve, so that the refrigerant becomes a low-pressure liquid.

4.Evaporator: An evaporator is a component used to cool water or other fluids. When the refrigerant enters the evaporator, it absorbs heat from the evaporator, causing the temperature of the water or other fluid in the evaporator to drop. The refrigerant becomes a high-pressure gas again, and a new refrigeration cycle begins.
