Function : With bottle neck holding in the whole course and protect bottle block device. | |
| 1.Washing part
2.Filling part The filling part is manly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle. When the liquid level of the bottle reaches the trachea of the filling valve, the filling will stop.
3.Capping part The capping part consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an under cover tube parts. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel. Bottles that have finished capping will be transported by the bottle pusher to the conveyor belt.

Introduction of mineral water filling machine
1.Machine realizes continuous rinsing, filling, and capping in one machine. It is suitable for
pure water, mineral water and drinking water.
2. It adopts advanced pressure filling with fast, steady, and precise filling. Material recirculating system is equipped to avoid contacting with material, second pollution and oxidation.
3. We adopt magnetic torque capping head,which is high efficiency and low reject ration.
4. No bottle no filling, no bottle no capping. Once the caps are lack, the machine will stop automatically.
