Product Description

• Water filling machine is used to fill pure water, mineral water and other non-carbonated beverage.

• All the machine part which contact with liquid is high quality stainless steel 304. The relative fittings are from international famous brand.
• The water filling machine was equipped with suspension type air conveyor and frequency control of motor speed.

• This machine is comprised of rinsing, filling and capping system.

Function :
(1) The water bottling machine has three functions for bottle rinsing, filling and capping, which are composed in one body of the machine . The whole process is full automatic.

(2)Adopt air conveyor system with high efficient filter to feed bottle, this can keep the inside of the filling machine clean

With bottle neck holding in the whole course and protect bottle block device.

washig part

The bottle is blew into the bottle shifting wheel, when the flushing clamp reaches the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the bottleneck, under the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the bottle 180°into an upright position, through second bottle pusher into the filling position.

filling part

The filling part is manly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle. When the liquid level of the bottle reaches the trachea of the filling valve, the filling will stop.

capping part

The capping part consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an under cover tube parts. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel.

•No bottle no filling, no bottle no capping. Once the caps are lack, the machine will stop automatically.

•This machine owns the reasonable, stable and safe design. Under the condition that the bottle neck size is the same, only the output star wheel needs to be changed if bottles are different. It improves the efficiency a lot.
