A. Brief Introduction:
1. This juice filling machine is mainly used for bottling juice and non-carbonated hot drinks, such as apple juice. mango juice, orange juice, and other fruit juice.
2. The full automatic fruit juice filling machine including washing filling and capping part, all of the process is automatic.
3. It adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle model more convenient, faster and easier.
4. The advanced SIEMENS programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically
5. Transducer is used in bottle entering chains to adjust speed to make the operation of moving bottle steadily and reliably.
6. It is convenient to operate with higher automation because every part of the machine is inspected to run with photo electricity.

B. Inside detailed parts:
1) Washer Part
The bottle is blew into the bottle shifting wheel, when the flushing clamp reaches the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the bottleneck, under the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the bottle 180°into an upright position, through second bottle pusher into the filling position.
 
2) Filler Part
The filling part is mainly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle. When the liquid level of the bottle reaches the trachea of the filling valve, the filling will stop.
 
3) Capper Part
The capping part consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an under cover tube parts. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel. The photoelectric detection of the detecting signal detects the bottle, send a message to the valve cover, the cylinder cap will open, the caps will be blew into the cover plate by compressed air. The screw head which has magnetic torque will come down when it gets in a straight line with the bottle cap, the rotary cap ring gear seizes the cap and move forward, the cap lid the bottle and screw. When the torque out numbered the adjusted magnetic , the capping head will automatically slip, thus protect the cap from being damaged by the rotary cap ring gear. Bottles that have finished capping will be transported by the bottle pusher to the conveyor belt.
 
4) Cap Unscramble / Cap Loader
Cap Unscramble

Deliver the bottle cap to the capping part, and the cap elevator will adjust the cap to the correct direction, and wait for it to be transferred to the bottle neck.
Cap Loader

The air pressure is transmitted to the cap elevator.

The flat cap loader reduces the occurrence of back cover.

Before entering the cap elevator, the cap surface faces the same direction, speeding up the transportation and reducing false stops.
 
5) Control System
The brand of the switch is Autonics, and all other electrical brands are Siemens and Schneider.
The electric box is inside the filling machine, saving the factory space.
An external air box is additionally provided, which is convenient for observing the air volume outside and more neat.
 
6) Prefect Frame
The body and all pipes are made of stainless steel 304.
The parts of door and frame are all made of stainless steel 304 combined with nano glass to reduce the chance of glass damage during transportation.
The door frame is designed with large and wide handle.
