450BPH 3 & 5 Gallon Filling Machine 20Liter Bottling Line

This production line is specially used for filling 3~5 gallons water barrel/bottle. It includes a sterilization washing system, an automatic sterile filling system and automatic capping system. It's an electropneumatic machine.

2. The parts of door and frame are all made of stainless steel 304 combined with nano glass to reduce the chance of glass damage during transportation.

1. The filling line integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit ,in order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and leaching are used in bottle washer, Washing solution can boused circularly .

The sealer can seal bottle caps automatically.This 5 gallon filling machine with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy ,also this line can automatically carry out bottle feeding washing, sterilizing, filling capping, counting and products discharging .

Process:

1. De-capping machine
This de-capping machine is designed for 3 & 5 gallon bottle in water production line. It's used to pull out the cap of recycling bottle before rinsing.
2. External Brusher machine
This external brusher machine specially works with 3 & 5 gallon bottles in water production line. It's used forall-round cleaning the bottle, significantly improves cleaning efficiency.
3. Automatic up-loader
Automatically push the prepared empty bottle into the filling machine, put the bottle into the holder inside the washer station.
4. 5 Gallon Water Bottle Filling Machine
This filling machine for PET bottle integrates the functions of rinsing, filling and capping together. Based onadvanced technology overseas and designed according to the filling processing demands of mineral water, pure water etc.
5. Light Checker
With two light pipes, inspect bottle water after filling function.
6. Cap Heat Shrink Machine
This cap heat shrink machine is used to shrink the plastic label on the 3& 5 gallon caps. It adopted good quality imported stainless steel, simply operation and working smoothly
