1.This water filling machine is mainly used for the Non-gas drink such as mineral water, pure water and so on.
2.This machine design is shorten the time for the drink material contact with outside, increased the sanitation condition and throughout and economy benefit.
3.This water filling machine adopts the air feeding device, with clamp hanging the bottle neck, the feed speed is very quick and the bottle will not be deformed.
4.This water filling machine adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to relize fully automatic washing filling and capping.
5.The parts which will contact with the beverage will with high quality stainless steel SUS304 .
6.Using high accuracy and high speed filling valve.Liquid level is more accurate without water loss, ensuring the quality of filling.
7.Capping heads use magnetic torque device, ensuring the capping effect and protect the bottle cap.
8.Controlling system has the liquid level control function, lack of cap detection alarm function, automatic alarm for card bottles function etc.
9.Using advanced PLC touch screen control, can realize human-machine conservation.
