-1- Washing filling and capping are in one Monoblock machine for bottled non-carbonated drinks, fruit juice, fruit wine, mineral water and pure water.
-2- Rotary wheel is a fully SUS304 stainless steel welded structure

-7- High accuracy pressure water filling mechanism, ensure the height and quatity of the water filling
-8- Filling liquid tank of both internal and external surfaces are deal with mirror Polish
-9- used magnetic torque for screw capping

Washing Part
1). Washing Part ---The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2). Washing Part ---Using company original tilting bottle clip, bottle clamp stuck bottleneck, avoid the traditional bottle on rubber clip to block the bottle thread parts may be caused by the pollution. Bottle clip is made of SUS304 stainless steel, health and durable.
3). Washing Part ---Using imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water will be sprayed in a particular angle, can wash any part of the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle.
4). Washing Part ---Bottle clamp and lifting mechanism of sliding sleeve adopts Germany Igus corrosion resistant bearing without maintenance.
5). Washing Part ---Washing part moves by a frame in the transmission system through the gear transmission.
Filling Part
1). Filling Part---The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with the thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods.
2). Filling Part---The rotating disk is all made of SUS304 stainless.
3). Filling Part---Filling method is gravity filling.
4). Filling valve manufactured by SUS304.
5). Filling Part---The filling valve structure design is reasonable, the filling quantity is accurate.
Capping Part
Capping Part ---The capping machine is the highest precision in 3-in-1 unit machine, on the reliability of equipment operation, has enormous influence on the defective rate of the product.
