FRP molding process is spray winding molding, which is an advanced FRP molding process in the production process of storage tanks in China ." spray lining process "can be understood as the process of lining forming of FRP winding containers by spray gun injection technology. "Lining" is the lining of FRP wound container, which is divided into lining layer and transition layer from the structure, which mainly acts as anti-corrosion and anti-seepage.
FRP container structure consists of anti-corrosion and anti-seepage lining layer, reinforced structure layer and external anti-aging layer. Ensure both good corrosion resistance and sufficient physical and mechanical properties to meet the requirements. The high tension, multi-level, multi-angle and wrapped head winding of glass fiber is used to meet the storage, transfer and production needs of organic and inorganic solvents and chemical and electrochemical corrosive media, to meet the needs of transfer, transportation and elimination of static electricity of non-electrolyte fluids, and to meet the mechanical requirements of resisting all kinds of supporting shear and burying and loading. Fiber wound FRP can adjust the physical and chemical properties of storage tanks, towers, etc. by changing the resin system or reinforcing materials to meet the needs of different media and working conditions. the load capacity of the tank is adjusted by the design of the structure layer thickness, winding angle and wall thickness structure to meet the needs of different pressure grades, volume size, and some special properties of glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tanks, towers, which can not be compared with isotropic metal materials. Corrosion resistance, anti-leakage, good weather resistance. FRP has special corrosion resistance, when storing corrosive medium, FRP shows the superiority that other materials can not compare, can resist many kinds of acid, alkali, salt and organic solvent.
