1. Characteristics of water-soluble packaging bags:

1) Safe and non-toxic: Water soluble film is safe, non-toxic, non irritating, and easily degradable to humans. After being dissolved in water, the final degradation products are carbon dioxide and water, which can be absorbed by the human body and excreted through metabolism;

2) Environmental friendly and soluble: The water-soluble film is colorless and transparent, which can quickly dissolve in water to release the contents of the film packaging, allowing the effective ingredients to quickly exert their effects. After the film dissolves, it becomes neutral, and the ingredients do not pollute the environment. It is an environmentally friendly product;

3) Oil and corrosion resistance: The water-soluble film is insoluble in most organic solvents (such as benzene, xylene, etc.) and all animal oils, vegetable oils, and petroleum hydrocarbons, but soluble in glycerol, ethylene glycol, amide, triethanolamine, ethanolamine salt, and dimethyl maple;

4) Anti static: Water soluble film is a type of anti-static film, which is different from other plastic films and has good anti-static properties. During the use of water-soluble film packaging products, there will be no decrease in their plasticity or electrostatic dust accumulation performance due to static electricity;

5) Elastic tensile strength: The thickness of the water-soluble film is 0.03-0.05mm, with a tensile strength of 100-300 kg/square centimeter, an elongation of 10-600%, and a hardness of less than 10 for Shore hardness. Due to its excellent flexibility, this film can be made into various sizes of packaging forms, which can be easily packaged, bagged, and processed;

6) Accurate measurement: Water soluble films have high mechanical and automatic packaging performance due to their unique elastic modulus and tensile strength, making them suitable for various fully automatic filling machines to improve the accuracy of dosage;

7) Strong heat sealing performance: Water soluble packaging bags have good heat sealing performance, with a maximum heat resistance temperature of 140 ℃, suitable for resistance heat sealing and high-frequency heat sealing;

8) Breathable and oxygen resistant: Water soluble membranes have strong permeability to water and ammonia, but have good barrier properties against gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide. These characteristics enable it to maintain the ingredients and original odor of the packaged product intact, effectively protect the activity of the content, and improve the effective use rate of pesticides;

9) Clear printing: Water soluble films can print various required color patterns on the surface of the film through ink, with good printability.

Storage conditions: dry, without direct solar radiation, without high temperature, and without icing.
