Liquid bottling machine description:
The machine is mainly used for glass bottle beverage production: the machine makes washing, pulp particle filling, liquid filling,capping four functions into one, the whole process of automation, suitable for glass bottle filling fruit juice, mineral water. Liquid bottling machine features:
Pulp filling machine can be used according to the needs of the customer with two bottle washing process, first sterilized water rinse and then sterile water rinse, sterilization more thorough.
1. High quality bottle clamping and rotary rinsing are adopted for bottle flushing. The bottle type can be changed only by changing the protection plate related to the diameter of the bottle.
2. The pulp filling part adopts the quantitative filling method to fill the pulp to ensure uniform particles. Pulp filling high precision, filling volume adjustable.
3. In the juice filling part, the material is filled into the bottle filled with granules. The filling juice is not blocked, and the bottle is not sprayed after filling.
4. The four-in-one pulp filling machine's capping device adopts the advanced aluminum capping capping technology, which has overload protection performance, the capping torque is stable and reliable, and the capping is tight and beautiful.
5. The whole machine adopts the viewpoint to detect the operation status of all parts, with the characteristics of no bottle, no filling, no bottle and no cap. Contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel material, no sanitary dead Angle.
