The HTJY Chemical Dosing System is an automatic continuous process designed for water and wastewater treatment applications. It enables precise dissolution of dry polymer powders or dilution of concentrated chemical solutions through customizable configurations, ensuring compatibility with diverse treatment requirements.
HTJY Chemical Dosing System Features
Material Robustness:
The polymer dosing system is constructed from SS304 for general applications, while chemical dosing equipment (e.g., polymer feed systems) employs SS316 or HDPE to withstand low-pH environments and corrosive chemicals. This material selection aligns with industrial standards for durability and chemical resistance in polymer processing.
Functional Flexibility:
The system integrates polymer preparation units for optimized dissolution of powdered polymers, preventing molecular degradation through controlled agitation and hydration. For flocculant dosing, it supports both dry powder feeding and liquid dilution modes, adaptable to varying turbidity and chemical load conditions.
Automation and Control:
Equipped with PLC-based controls and real-time monitoring, the system ensures consistent dosing accuracy and seamless integration with water treatment workflows (e.g., sludge dewatering, coagulation-flocculation).

HTJY Chemical Dosing Unit Product Structure
Powder Dosing System Working Process:
The chemical dosing system Controlled by the electrical panel, the Powder Dosing system can run in Automatic or manual mode. In Automatic cycle, when the level of the solution is low, and the chemical dosing unit rotary sensor of the powder detect a full hopper, the water solenoid valve is activated and the powder feeding system starts, leading to pre-mixing in a cyclonic movement before entering the first mixing tank.
The Flocculant dosing system tank is divided into three compartment: mixing tank, maturation tank, and service tank. Each one has its own mixing device, to assure total dissolution of the chemical powder.
The powder dosing system mixers are in continuous stirring action in order to assure the polymer dosing homogenous solution before delivery. The chemical dosing or polymer pumping system is easily connected to the chemical dosing unit, with special protection from dry run. The polymer dosing system provided continuous ready solution.
