Brief Introduction
This is the new biological processes that used to remove contaminants and produce treated wastewater (or treated effluent) that is safe enough for release into the environment.Activated sludge/ biofilm process represents a renewable process with the combination of activated sludge process and biofilm process. The activated sludge is not easy to be carried away by the water. It is concluded that the combined activated sludge/ biofilm process has better resistance to shock loads, high nitrogen removalefficiency and consistent effluent quality.

Equipment features:
1. The underground surface area of the equipment can be used as green land to save the floor space for the hospital.
2. The integrated sewage equipment is made of anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation materials, which has a long service life and saves operating costs for the hospital.
3. With the combination of biological contact oxidation tank and layer upon layer filtration and disinfection device, the sewage treatment effect is good and the pathogen transmission problem is solved.

Working Principle
Principle of action of contact oxidation bed
1) Adsorption: during the growth and propagation of aerobic microorganisms on the filler, the intersections form biofilms with large surface area and high concentration, which can absorb most of the organic pollutants in the water and reduce the concentration of pollutants;
2) Uptake and decomposition: in the case of continuous air ventilation into the reactor, aerobic microorganisms can absorb absorbed organic pollutants as nutrients and metabolize them, partly for their own growth and reproduction, and partly for carbon dioxide and water.
3) Contact with the oxidized bed further reduced the concentration of organic pollutants in rural sewage, and the removal rate of CODcr and BOD5 in effluent reached more than 80%, which could meet the national secondary standard for sewage discharge.
How the sedimentation tank works
1) Gravity is used to make the suspended sludge with a greater proportion of water in the outlet water of the contact oxidation bed sink to the bottom of the pool, so as to remove it from the water and ensure better effluent water quality;
2) Settling to the bottom of the sludge and automatically returning to the contact oxidation bed to maintain the sludge concentration of the contact oxidation bed.
3) The disinfection tank USES solid chlorine to disinfect the water, which can effectively kill bacteria, escherichia coli, viruses and other pathogenic microorganisms in the water. The treated water is clear and transparent, with no odor.
Installation and maintenance:
1. Foundation: If WSZ series equipment is placed above the floor, only a concrete floor with the same shape as the equipment needs to be prepared as the foundation. The foundation pressure must be greater than 4T/m2, and it should be horizontal and smooth. If the equipment is buried below the floor, the elevation of the foundation shall be less than or equal to the elevation of the equipment and no water is allowed to accumulate in rain.
2, Installation: According to the installation diagram in place, each box in place in turn, the position and direction of the box should not be put wrong, spacing each other should be accurate, and connected to the pipeline. Fill the equipment with clean water and check whether there is any leakage in the pipes. If there is no leakage, cover the box with soil until the equipment checks the holes and level the ground. Connect the control line of the electric control box to the water pump, connect the electric control box to the power supply, pay attention to the fan, motor steering, and the direction indicated by the fan.

1. The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to European countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tighter,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
