1. Electroplate effluent contain many kinds of metal ion,Cr,Cu,Fe,Zn ,Ni etc remove rate all above 90%, after treatment, all can reach discharge standard.

2. Coal mine,mineral processing waste water all can make the turbidity from 500-1500 mg/L reduce to 5 mg/L.

3. Printing and dyeing,bleach and dye etc effluent chroma removing rate reach 70-90%,COD remove rate 50-70%.

4. Tannery ,food etc industrial sewage COD remove rate 50-80%, impurity solids remove rate above 90%.

5. Chemical waste water COD remove rate 60~70%, chroma removal rate 60-90%, suspended solids reach discharge standard.

Products Features

1. The secondary biological contact oxidation process adopts push flow biological contact oxidation, and its treatment effect is better than that of the fully mixed type or the two-stage series fully mixed biological contact oxidation tank. It is smaller than the activated sludge tank, has strong adaptability to water quality, good impact load resistance, stable effluent water quality, and does not cause sludge swelling. A new type of elastic three-dimensional filler is used in the tank, which has a large specific surface area, and the microorganisms can easily hang and remove the film. Under the same organic load condition, the removal rate of organic matter is high, and the solubility of oxygen in the air can be improved.

2. The biochemical tank adopts biological contact oxidation method. The volume load of the filler is relatively low, the microorganisms are in the self-oxidation step, and the sludge production is small. It only needs to drain the sludge once more than three months (90 days) (suction with a dung cart or Dehydrated into mud cakes for delivery).

3. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system, which is safe and reliable in operation. Generally, no special person is required to manage, and only the equipment needs to be maintained and maintained in a timely manner.
