Product Description
Dissolved air flotation machine device is mainly used for solid liquid or liquid liquid separation
of a kind of water treatment environmental protection equipment products. The flotation device
is by dissolved gas and release system in water produce large quantities of fine bubbles, the
adhesion in wastewater and the density of water close to the solid or liquid particles, resulting
in the overall density lower than water, and rely on the buoyancy to enable it to rise to the
surface, so as to achieve solid - liquid or liquid - liquid separation to.
High efficient air flotation equipment introduction of new technology in Japan, using the high
efficiency pump will mix with water, gas dissolved under pressure to form a water soluble gas,
release vacuum, micro bubble precipitation and suspended particles, adsorption float, so as to
achieve solid-liquid separation.

Key DAF features
1. Air dissolving pump and suction water pump suction, pressure in mixing, dissolving high
efficiency, fine bubbles is less than or equal to 30um.
2. Low pressure operation, dissolved air efficiency of up to 99%, the release rate of up to 99%.
3. The effective adsorption of micro bubbles and suspended particles increased the removal efficiency of SS.
4. Dissolved gas water solution efficiency of 80-100%, 3 times higher than the traditional
dissolved air flotation efficiency.
5. Pressure - volume curve is smooth, easy to realize automatic control, easy to operate, easy
to maintain, low noise.
Principle of DAF
The DAF Separator provides effective separation of suspended solid, fats , oils and greases from liquids by dissolved air flotation . Flotation of the solids is accomplished by the introduction of tinny air bubbles into the process water.AS the bubbles rise ,they attach themselves to the particales in suspension
