Description
The core structure of the TSDL stacked screw sludge dewatering machine consists of a fixed ring and a swimming ring, both made of stainless steel. The swimming ring, with a relatively smaller inner diameter than the outer diameter of the screw shaft, is fixed in place by a tie rod.
Construction PrincipleThe main body of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is composed of multiple fixed rings and swimming rings, and the screw shaft runs through it to form a filtering device.
The front section is the concentration section, and the back section is the dehydration section, which completes the sludge concentration and dehydration in one cylinder and replaces the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration methods with a unique and subtle filter pattern.
FeaturesHigh Solids Capture Rate: The multi-disk screw press is capable of achieving a high solids capture rate during the dewatering process. The unique filtering pattern and configuration of the disks and screws allow for the effective separation of water from the sludge, leading to a higher concentration of solids in the dewatered sludge cake.
