DESCRIPTIONA belt filtration press (sometimes referred to as a belt filter press or belt filter) is a type of industrial facility used in the solid-liquid extraction process.
A filter press is a type of industrial filtration equipment used to separate liquids and solids from slurry mixtures. The filter press is composed of a series of bands arranged in a circular pattern to filter the stock as it passes through the filter press.

Belt Position Correcting System■Press Roller
The press roller of our sludge belt filter press is made from SUS304 stainless steel. Additionally, it has gone through the TIG reinforced welding process and fine finishing process, thus featuring a compact structure and ultra-high strength.
■Air Pressure Control Device
Tensioned by an air cylinder, the filter cloth can run smoothly and safely without any leakage.
How Our Belt Filter Press Works- A large amount of free water is separated by gravity, and then the slurry solids are formed.
- After that, the slurry is sandwiched between two tensioned belts to pass through the wedge-shaped pre-compression zone, low-pressure zone, and high-pressure zone.
- It is extruded step by step to maximize the separation of sludge and water.
- At last, the filter cake is formed and discharged.
