Description:

The DHP Series Belt sludge deep dewatering system adopts the Internet of things technology, the whole process is visualized, and it can perform remote operation, remote diagnosis, and remote service.

The DHP Series Belt sludge deep dewatering system can meet the solid content of the incoming mud as low as about 2%. By adjusting the operating conditions, the solid content of the mud is significantly improved (20% -40%); The output of dry sludge can be dry incineration, sanitary landfill, and general land use.

Adjustable Pressure and Operating Parameters: The machine allows for adjustable pressure settings and operating parameters to optimize the dehydration process according to the specific characteristics of the solid-liquid mixture. Operators can fine-tune these parameters to achieve the desired level of dehydration and optimize performance.​

1. Abnormal Deviation Correction Device

12. Filter Cloth

Using domestic high-quality filter cloth or imported from Germany, the filter cloth is excellent in water filtration, durability, and corrosion resistance, and is not easy to deform, effectively reducing the moisture content of mud cake.

Process:

1. To improve the properties of the sludge, introduce thickening tank sludge into the conditioning tank.

2. Next, the pretreated sludge enters the thickening section.

3. The moisture content of the sludge is then reduced to about 85%.

4. Mix an appropriate amount of sludge conditioner evenly and proceed with high-pressure dehydration.

5. Finally, further reduce the moisture content of the sludge to 60% or below.
