Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser: Maximum Aeration Performance & Efficiency—DUDH-12
The Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser consists of a circular disc made from high-quality materials, such as EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) or silicone, that are resistant to corrosion and degradation in wastewater environments. The disc is perforated with numerous small holes, typically in the range of a few millimeters in diameter.
When air is supplied to the diffuser, it passes through the small holes and forms fine bubbles. These bubbles have a significantly smaller diameter compared to coarse or medium-sized bubbles, resulting in a larger total surface area. The increased surface area allows for a more efficient transfer of oxygen from the air into the wastewater.
Modular Design:
The device is designed with a modular design, which allows for easy installation and maintenance, as well as flexibility in the configuration of the aerator.
High Turbulence Generation:
The rotor is designed with several blades or vanes that are arranged in a radial pattern, creating a high degree of turbulence and mixing in the water as the rotor rotates.
Energy Efficient:
The Dubhe DUDH disc aerator is designed to be energy-efficient, with a motor and gearbox system that reduces the speed of the motor and increases the torque applied to the rotor. This reduces the power requirements of the device and helps to lower operating costs.

Corrosion Resistance:

EPDM Membrane
Manufactured by a standard cure, low plasticizer content, and 1mm or 2mm perforations. DUBHE mold EPDM with modern equipment utilizing individual thermocouples and vacuum technology ensures a repeatable very high-quality product.
Diffuser Bases
The Diffuser Basesis molded with virgin polypropylene for extended performance, and is highly efficient with airflow performance of 1.5-2.5SCFM.
