Product Description
Water treatment fan,also be known as water treatment blower, refers to the use of aeration blower with appropriate air volume and pressure in water treatment processes, such as activated sludge process and biological contact oxidation process to continuously and forcibly add air to the sewage, so as to make the water and air in the pool contact with oxygen, stir the liquid, accelerate the transfer of oxygen in the air to the liquid, prevent the suspension in the pool from sinking, add the organic matter in the strong pool contacts with microorganism and dissolved oxygen to oxidize and decompose the organic matter in the sewage. This kind of equipment, which can overcome the water pressure by rotating the impeller, convert the mechanical energy into gas pressure energy and kinetic energy, and make the air thin from the aeration head, is the water treatment blower.

Product Precautions 1. Applicability of water treatment fan: when the sewage treatment system is newly put into operation, the system pressure is basically within the design range. With the extension of service time, the resistance of the whole system increases due to the blockage of air holes, corrosion of valves and pipes, etc. At this point, the positive displacement blower is obviously better than the centrifugal blower, because the flow rate of the positive displacement blower is hard. When the resistance of the external system increases, the outlet pressure also increases, so as to exhaust the gas when the flow rate is almost constant (when the fan strength and motor power meet); Because the pressure of the centrifugal fan is hard, the air volume decreases with the increase of the resistance. When the resistance increases to a certain pressure, it will be unable to aerate.
2. Water treatment fan needs energy saving: the energy consumed by water treatment fan in the whole sewage treatment project accounts for more than half of the energy consumed by the whole system, so the selection of fan is particularly important.
3. Water treatment fan needs low noise: the purpose of sewage treatment is to protect the environment, not to bring secondary pollution to the environment for sewage treatment. Therefore, the noise of water treatment fan must be seriously considered during water treatment fan.
