Product Description
Pall ring packing is a kind of open-hole ring packing with equal height and diameter. Each layer of window hole has 5 tongues. Each tongue is curved inwardly to the center of the ring. Holes area takes about 30% of the total area of the ring wall. It has the characteristics of large porosity, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flood point, sufficient gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, and high mass transfer efficiency.
This structure improves the gas-liquid distribution and makes full use of the inner surface of the ring, so that the gas and liquid in the packed tower can pass freely through the window.
Product Feature
1. Large specific surface area, the flux is large, which is formed by many rings, so the gap of the filler can have a high liquid holding capacity;
2. Good hydrophilicity, the separation efficiency is high, and the distribution performance of gas and liquid is greatly improved compared with rasching ring due to the opening of ring wall, especially the surface area in the ring can be fully utilized;

Product Application
Suitable for carbon dioxide degassing tower, ozone contact reaction tower, etc. as contact packing and other reaction towers.
Metal pall ring is suitable for vacuum distillation tower, treatment of materials with heat sensitivity, easy decomposition, easy polymerization and easy carbon deposition.
PP Pall ring is especially suitable for middle and low temperature (60-80 °) distillation , absorb for petroleum, chemical industry, chlor alkali, gas, environmental protection and other industries. It is also suitable to be contact packing for absorption and washing tower, carbon dioxide degassing tower / ozone contact tower and other reaction towers.
