Polyster + PP Braided Packing Fiber Filter For Water Treatment
Braided packing fiber filter material is an environmental friendly biological active packing, which has good water purification efficiency and can simulate the shape of natural water grass, so it is not easy to store sludge. The biological rope made of modified fiber has the functions of hydrophilic, oil-friendly, air bubble cutting, oxygen storage, strong adsorption capacity, high biological activity, high mass transfer efficiency and convenient installation. Braided packing is suitable for the treatment of municipal domestic sewage and various concentrations of organic industrial wastewater (chemical industry, wool spinning, printing and dyeing, tanning, papermaking, pharmaceutical, food and other industries) in anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic environment by biofilm process, as well as the repair of micro polluted water bodies such as rivers, lakes, ponds and landscapes.
1. The vertical and horizontal spacing of packing support is 100-200mm;
2. The braided packing is fixed by PE / PP tie directly on the packing bracket. The braided packing does not need to be cut, but can be attached 100-200mm along the bracket and fixed again;
3. There are two ways for the biological rope to be set in the aeration tank: the first is the split flow type, the packing is installed on one side, and the other is aeration; the second is the direct type, the aeration device is directly installed under the biological rope packing, and the water and air are mixed
4. The installation spacing of split type is 100-150 mm, and that of direct type is 150-200 mm.
Features
1. A large number of microorganisms can be fixed to form an ideal environment where they coexist. High treatment effect can be achieved through one-level treatment, which has been proved in many river ecological restoration cases.
2. The radial structure is composed of numerous circular fibers, which can increase the surface area and adapt to the growth and reproduction of various microorganisms, so that the concentration of attached microorganisms can reach more than 150000mg / L, which is used in the treatment of high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater of a large electronic company.
3. On its surface, ammonia nitrogen can be reduced by the proliferation of aerobic microorganisms, and biological denitrification can be carried out by the proliferation of anaerobic microorganisms inside the biological lace.
4. The shape is rope shape, so the shape can be changed freely during setting. Biological lace is ring-shaped, which can avoid excessive peeling of biological film due to water impact.
5. Shaking in the wastewater can not only absorb the dissolved oxygen in the water, but also improve the contact efficiency with the water and the removal rate of organic matters.
6. Not only in the treatment of low concentration wastewater, but also in the high concentration reaction tank which is easy to be blocked by contact materials.
7. It can attach a large number of microorganisms, so it can also be used in a small-scale reaction tank.
