The biofilter can make the microorganism grow in a fixed way and increase the number of microorganisms in the bioreactor, so as to facilitate the solid-liquid separation after the reaction, facilitate the removal of nitrogen and high concentration organic matters, as well as substances that are difficult to be biodegraded, and improve the treatment capacity and adaptability of the system
It can promote the recovery and strengthen the microbial community to purify the water body. Microbial community is the basic biological component of water ecosystem. It is not only the "scavenger" of water body, but also an important part of the biological chain, which can degrade pollutants, create a healthy water environment for other aquatic organisms, and maintain the normal material cycle.
1. The vertical and horizontal spacing of packing support is 100-200mm;
2. The braided packing is fixed by PE / PP tie directly on the packing bracket. The braided packing does not need to be cut, but can be attached 100-200mm along the bracket and fixed again;
3. There are two ways for the biological rope to be set in the aeration tank: the first is the split flow type, the packing is installed on one side, and the other is aeration; the second is the direct type, the aeration device is directly installed under the biological rope packing, and the water and air are mixed
4. The installation spacing of split type is 100-150 mm, and that of direct type is 150-200 mm.

Usage
1. Remove organic matter
A large number of microorganisms attach to the surface of ecological base, adsorb and oxidize organics, * eventually decompose organics or transform them into microbial components, so as to remove BOD in water body.
2. remove SS
The design of ecological water grass type can create a gentle water conservancy environment and accelerate the sedimentation of suspended solids; the collision of suspended solids in the ecological base causes its full sedimentation; the microbial flocculation on the surface of the ecological base causes the suspended solids to be adsorbed and finally fall to the bottom with the falling off of the biofilm.
3. Remove nitrogen and phosphorus
The A / O environment and microporous structure formed by the two-sided structure of ecological base create suitable conditions for the growth of nitrogen and phosphorus removal bacteria and algae. *Finally, it was removed by metabolism and mineralization of algae.
4. Control of suspended algae
More nutrients are transferred to the surface of ecological base by the super surface adsorption of ecological base, which makes phytoplankton in a disadvantageous position in the survival competition, resulting in its abnormal growth, reproduction and even extinction.
