Sand Filter Nozzles Water Filtering Cap Drainage Cap Made Of ABS
The tower type water filtering cap is divided into 1t drainage, 0.5T drainage and 2T drainage, which are made of ABS material. The tower type water filtering cap can be equipped with nuts and rubber pads, and the nuts and rubber pads can be removed.
The tower type, water filtering cap and drainage cap are made of ABS engineering plastics, with high pressure bearing strength and can't be broken when being stepped on. In the filter head structure, the thread is strengthened, and rubber washer is added, so that the connection is firm and will never fall off. ABS water filtering cap and drainage cap base are designed to enhance the bottom seam, so that there is no dead water area and mud deposition between them. Filter cap and drain cap are widely used in water treatment filter, filter, combined type of softened water, return program, ion exchange column and other equipment.
Principle of action
All kinds of filter caps are suitable for all kinds of matching ion exchange columns, activated carbon filters, and also for the drainage system of fast filter, The filter head is a water backwashing device of the water distribution system at the bottom of the filter, which can effectively wash out the sludge in the filter and ensure the normal operation of the water quality and quantity of the filter; the long handle filter head is commonly used in the water backwashing and distribution system of the filter; the short handle filter head is used in the filtering device of single water backwashing and gravity type, pressure type filter tank, ion exchange filter bed and other water treatment equipment.
Application
It is widely used in combination, return program and ion exchange column equipment for softening water quality. The filter head cap is used as a high-level purification material for urban drinking water, mineral water production and industrial water. It can effectively remove COD, pigment and odor toxic substances from water.
