Product Description
This filler is a round sphere injection-molded with PP material, which is divided into inner and outer double layers, the outside is a hollow fishnet-shaped sphere, and the inside is combined filler. The product has a full three-dimensional structure, which can be directly placed without fixing. It has a large specific surface area, easy to hang on the film, and does not block. The all-plastic structure has aerobic function, easy to generate microorganisms, easy to replace, acid and alkali resistant, anti-aging and not affected by water flow , Long service life, minimal residual sludge, easy installation.

Using an internal hollow structure, with multiple grooves and grids, greatly increasing the specific surface area of the filler.

The filler is in a fluidized state in the reactor, the reaction form is completely mixed, and the reactor filler is fully mixed with gas and water. In the fluidized state, the aging biofilm can automatically fall off by hydraulic flushing, which promotes biofilm regeneration.

Product Application
It is suitable for treating domestic wastewater, petrochemical industry, light industry papermaking, food industry, wine making, sugar making, textile, printing and dyeing, tanning, pharmaceutical and other industrial wastewater treatment. The amount of spherical filler is 1: 1000 per m3 of treated water, which depends on the concentration of water quality.
