Honeycomb inclined pipe is a kind of packing for settling tank designed and developed on the basis of "shallow sedimentation" theory. The packing has large wet perimeter, small hydraulic radius, good laminar flow state during operation, no turbulence interference on particle sedimentation, and can accelerate the separation of particles from water and shorten the sedimentation distance of particles.
In addition to water supply purification and chemical plant sewage, domestic sewage plant, coal mine water treatment, coal washing plant water treatment, power plant concentration pool, tailings water treatment, pharmaceutical plant, paper mill wastewater treatment, such as sand removal and rapid sedimentation, oil separation and tailings concentration, the inclined pipe is especially beneficial to the reconstruction of water plant and wastewater treatment project.
Our PVC tube settler is fully automated production. Compared with manual cutting or machine pressing, Our PVC inclined pipe has uniform thickness,our size is more accurate,shape is more regular and the appearance is more beautiful.
