The treatment process is operated in a cold state, no heat source is required, and the sludge with a moisture content of 97%-98% can be directly dehydrated to a moisture content of about 58%; The system has a compact structure and a high degree of automation; the whole process has no odor, no noise, no exhaust emission, and the working conditions and environmental interface are good; Adopt advanced sludge concentration and dewatering technology, less flocculant dosage and low overall cost; After dehydration, the sludge is hydrophobic, it will not be reduced in contact with water, and secondary sludge will not occur; it has strong compressive resistance and good air permeability, and can continuously and quickly evaporate water under natural conditions. Using the process principle of "sludge activation wall breaking technology + mechanical filter press deep dewatering", the sludge is activated and modified step by step, and the "bound water" is converted into "free water". From the perspective of mechanical shearing, the use of discontinuous Sawtooth blade double helix new type sludge mixer. The sludge modification mixer uses mechanical shearing and chemical conditioning to break the sludge wall. Combined with shear sludge thickener and mechanical belt filter press, it is helpful to directly dehydrate sludge with moisture content of 97% to 98% to below 60%, which is required by environmental protection regulations.
