1. LCD operation screen interface function: it can directly reflect the real-time operation state of the equipment through the LCD display end and carry out effective operation.
2. Automatic discharging function: it can automatically discharge the materials in the warehouse by mechanical means without manual assistance.
3. Interrupt processing function: when a function module of the equipment is stuck by foreign matters, resulting in operation interruption, the equipment has the function of forward and reverse rotation, so that the foreign matters can be easily removed, and the disassembly of the equipment is avoided at the same time.
4. Remote monitoring system: with remote data transmission and monitoring function, it is convenient for the purchaser to directly and remotely query and operate through computers, mobile phones and other end devices.
MXCCJ-1000 consists of a stirring system, a fermentation degradation system, a PLC automatic electronic control system, a heating system and a purification and deodorization system.
How it works
1. MXCCJ-1000 composter speed up the natual composting process to a 24hour, automatical,and energy-efficient technology.
2. The machine chamber has internal rotating arms for mechanical agitation and an oil jacket for heating.
3. MX composter use natually occuring microbes to compost organic wastein 24hours ,and achieve a reduction of 80-90%.
4. The temperature of the tank is raised to the required temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria.
5. Vented airflow ensure aerobic digestion which prevents methane (odours) and minimises other odours associated with composting process.
