There are perfect facilities and equipment to eliminate secondary pollution problems such as odor and noise during treatment. 2, kitchen waste treatment equipment and components have durability, corrosion resistance and anti-aging, meet the adjustment requirements, easy to check and repair; The system has good load regulation adaptability, which can ensure the safe and reliable long-term operation of the system under 50% ~ 120% load. 3. The appearance color of the output of waste biological treatment equipment is brown or grayish brown, granular or powdery, uniform and odorless. Other relevant indicators shall meet the standard of organic fertilizer (ny525-2012) of the Ministry of agriculture. 4. The waste gas emission of kitchen waste treatment equipment shall meet the comprehensive emission standard of air pollutants (GB16297-1996) and emission standard for odor pollutants (gb14554-93).
How it works
1. MXCCJ-1000 composter speed up the natual composting process to a 24hour, automatical,and energy-efficient technology.
2. The machine chamber has internal rotating arms for mechanical agitation and an oil jacket for heating.
3. MX composter use natually occuring microbes to compost organic wastein 24hours ,and achieve a reduction of 80-90%.
4. The temperature of the tank is raised to the required temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria.
5. Vented airflow ensure aerobic digestion which prevents methane (odours) and minimises other odours associated with composting process.
