Wanshsin Hollow rotary actuators is the planetary gearbox with flange output, which allows for direct mounting of work piece for added convenience in work piece loading. The hollow structure design makes Wanshsin hollow rotating table convenient for electric wiring or piping work.
The mechanical connection of this flange gearbox to your machine is executed quickly and simply, and is additionally secured by a dowel hole in the output flange. The gear part of the reduction mechanism adopts the ultra-precision processing gears, which eliminates the tooth gap through its own adjustment mechanism, that’s why Wanshsin hollow rotary actuators is with high positioning accuracy up to be 15sec in a very short time. Such high precision gearbox is usually the ideal option of cell phone factories,camera producing,mulch applicator fields,etc.
Washsin hollow rotary gearbox itself has a fixed ratio 1:5 , 1:10, 1:18. It can be matched with single stage planetary gearbox to get more different ratio like 1:15, 1:16, 1:20, 1:24, 1:30, 1:32, 1:40, 1:50. Wanshsin series normally match with servo motors and stepper motors, below for your reference to choose a correct model:
