After encapsulating the crankshaft oil of the engine, fill the cavity of the oil seal lip with grease, and then apply a thin layer of sealant on the opposite side of the crankshaft oil seal. For the two crew members of the same oil seal, in order to avoid damage to the round parts, we have to install the two semi-circular parts on the same drilling machine to avoid mismatches at the two joints and affect the crankshaft oil seal. Oil seal effect.
It is worth noting that not all oil leakage at the rear end of the engine is the oil leakage of the crankshaft oil seal. When the engine is installed, the frame is tilted backward, and the influence of factors such as the shape of the car and the airflow of the fan, etc., causes the cylinder head cover or the gasoline pump to block the rear end of the camshaft bearing. Lubricating oil leaked from the cover, etc., and these leaks may go to the rear end of the crankcase, making us think that the crankshaft oil seal is leaking.
